The Finer Cut

The Winners Are

Our customers, of course, they took the challenge, looked at the competition, plunged into a new, a different methodology and are now WINNERS. Production rates are better, costs are lower and operational issues are minimal when compared to past experiences.

We live in a competitive world, our lives depend on successfully competing for nearly every thing of value we have. Purchasing a screening plant is a big decision and must be competed for. All of us at Orbit screens, Inc. have enjoyed competing for the order.  We like to go head on, apples to apples so to speak and show our product performing.

Watching a good demonstration is only a small part of getting the order. A prospective purchaser must feel comfortable, not only with the machine, its performance, its expected life and service requirements but with the company and people who represent the company to the public. Therefore it is a constant effort at Orbit Screens to learn more about our product and our competition, then convey those lessons to our prospective customers.

With each opportunity to watch Orbital Action perform along side a competitor’s machine we gain a new insight as to how we stack up. We now want to share some photos of the machines we competed with. Some photos cover customer owned machines that were put aside in favor of Orbital Action while others show machines being demonstrated along side ours where we won the order.

Brads Blog, “The Finer Cut”, is another of many planned. Each issue will cover a topic of interest about our machines, our industry, our customers and more. I look forward to this task and am excited about the opportunity to broaden our communications with our customers and industry. I invite you to return and visit from time to time, cruising back through issues to see what I may have been thinking of at another time.

I also invite you, our reader to contribute by offering your comments. Please send your thoughts to Brad@orbitscreens.com , by letter or fax, 563-922 9060.

Happy screening
