Our Competitors:
|
We
have some great folks and machines in our industry. Each have summoned
up a big portion of courage, invested their talent, money and time to
manufacture and market a machine that works. The production capacities
range from “shovel in” to “large loader in” and prices ranging from a
few dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Companies
offering screening machines range in size from a few workers to the
giants of the construction equipment industry. Customers using
screening machines also range in size from a one man company to the
largest contractors and Armies in the world.
I am proud to note,
our customer base ranges from a one man operation to some of the worlds
largest Corporations and the worlds largest Army. We believe such a
range is the result of our dedication to designing and building a truly
General Purpose machine.
While
we cannot compete well with some of the industry giants, it is also
true that they cannot compete with us in many markets. As well, we
cannot compete with the lowest price for the casual, low volume
producer, nor can the low priced competitive units compete with us for
working in a wide variety of materials.
Beginning next week we will cover advantages and disadvantages of competitive screening plants with Orbital Action metholodology. We will start with the small machines and move progressively to the higher priced models.
Watch for our commentary regarding the “Box” type, sometimes called a deck screen.
Happy screening,
Brad Schnittjer
