Profit Power
|
Operating
Orbital Action on your work sites may be a direct route to higher
profit margins. Given our difficult economic times and reduced work
activity levels we need to look at all possible avenues to gain a few
net dollars from our work to help keep bread on our tables.
So,
where to start calculating, I suggest cost of owning is a good place. A
simple way to find out a monthly payment would be to look at some of
the leasing company web-sites listed under “financing”
on our home page. Pick out a leasing company and bring up their site.
Now click on their monthly payment calculator, fill in a few blanks and
immediately know your monthly payment amount. You can ask other
companies listed and pick the best one for needs.
I clicked on one site as I write this and find that a Model 58 @ suggested list price would have a monthly payment of $1,577.51 for 36 months, with a $1.00 buy out at lease end.
If
you are confident that you will need the machine over a longer time
period, a 60 month lease payment would be $1,029.83, again with a $1.00
buy out at lease end.
I use these examples to show you an easy
way to calculate an approximate monthly cash out figure. Over the life
of a high performance machine it will not matter much if you pay with
cash up front, borrow money at your bank or sign a lease, your monthly
cost of having the Orbital Action
Screening Plant in your equipment fleet will be about what you find by
using one of these leasing company calculators. At the final decision
time, you use what works best for you.
Please take a look at
Orbital Action on our video clips, it is amazing how quick you could
screen enough material to make a months payment. I will write more
about profits by Orbital Action Screening in future issues of “The
Finer Cut”
Happy screening,
