Working Smart for Profits
|
As
noted in my last blog, Operating Orbital Action on your work sites may
be a direct route to higher profit margins however I suggest you use a
bit of common sense when quoting your jobs.
There will come a
time when you are presented with an opportunity to make big dollars if
you can screen “That Pile of Stuff”. Knowing just how your Orbital
Action Machine may perform working with difficult materials will be
important to your success at being profitable.
Included within
our Operators Manual are several pages of photographs, job stories and
comments regarding how to overcome potential problems on special jobs.
These pages are attached here to help you Work Smart and avoid getting
into a costly situation.
The photos show the materials and the
story provides tips as to how to setup the machine or use available
options to avoid potential machine damage from an otherwise profitable
job experience.
Note: Some of these stories were taken from an
earlier time when our then current Model 68 had not been hardened for
use in sand and rock. The new series, Model 68A has several design changes to help avoid damage and provide excellent production rates from screening sand and rock.
Our
main goal is to produce a machine that will provide our customer with a
dependable tool that will make life a bit easier and help put food on
your table and cash in your saving account.
See “Working Smart” job stories here.
Happy screening,
