| Starting Anew – 2015: Our Shop is Working Again |

It is with humble pride, all of us at Orbit Screens, Inc. begin anew, starting a new year with new capital additions, an improved product and a stronger market place. Following a 100 year flooding event, coupled concurrently with the market tanking, we were grinding it out until one day in early 2014, we found ourselves with several good orders when another large order came in with a large down payment due. To meet delivery schedules, I ordered a lot of materials before the down payment arrived. Unfortunately the payment did not arrive as promised. I had personally made a serious mistake, failing both our company and other customers who had placed orders. My mistake resulted in our company running out of operating cash. We had to stop taking new orders and soon put production on hold, laying off shop personnel. It hasn’t been easy, replacing/rebuilding inventory, blue prints, while rent and utilities consumed operating cash. Traditional financing programs vanished. Our prospect list kept growing, it seemed as many prospective customers needed a better way to screen materials. As the main man, I have never been so frustrated, had lots of orders and couldn’t deliver. Recovering, simply surviving has been our highly focused task. Now, we sincerely thank and salute our customers, our vendors and our employees for so much patience and support. Orbital Action Screening has survived, designs tweaked and improved to continue offering what many consider the finest “General Purpose” Screening Plant in the market place today. Now, I am proud to report that some of those many owners of Orbital Action Screens have again shown how much they appreciate our products by supporting and providing new capital needed to get back up and running. For me, personally, I begin 2015, with a great, heart-felt portion of gratitude that so many of our customers, my staff and vendors have continued supporting me and our company through some very difficult times. I didn’t plan to take the torturous turns we have endured but we are still here to serve you as best we can. One never knows what the future will bring, however each day will be faced with vigor and enthusiasm for the chase. That is my pledge to you. Happy screening Brad Schnittjer Blog # 75 1/28/2015
