OUR MISSION
To bring user
friendly,
general purpose, affordable screening ability
to the everyday select materials marketplace.
As a young contractor trying to make it back in the ‘50s & ‘60s, I
found it a tough go. Machines available ranged from very good to very
bad when measured to the standards noted in our mission statement.
When I began to design and build machines, the needs of the operator
and service man were high on my list of objectives. Both tasks needed
to be safe and easy to accomplish.
Today we as an industry have a very wide selection of machines to
choose from, many being considered “General Purpose”. Back in the 50’s
& ‘60s a shovel and pickup were the best at being “General Purpose”.
Being able to pay for the machine through its performance was a must.
After all, the machine maker wanted to be paid and enough must be left
over to pay the family grocery bill and household expenses.
And finally, available construction jobs to bid often vary a great deal
in their designed task structure, therefore a machine must be able to
fit many situations to prevent it being parked in the lot while another
a machine is rented or purchased to complete a specific task.
We now believe our screening plant is: Americas Finest “General
Purpose” Screening Plant. We invite you to see why we believe this by
visiting our web page covering this topic.
This Blog, “The Fine Cut”, by Brad is the second of many planned. Each
issue will cover a topic of interest about our machines, our industry,
our customers and more. I look forward to this task and am excited
about the opportunity to broaden our communications with our customers
and industry.
I also invite you, our reader to contribute by offering your comments.
